Granulators XRD
The XRD range was designed for thermoforming applications allowing in-line recycling of thermoformed sheets with or without pieces. The feeding process is realized by motorized roller system.
Rotary filters
The rotary filters are normally used for separate small particles from water coming from the washing line.
Agglomerators
The agglomerator is an equipment intended to increase the density of plastic films, resulting in agglomerated material for direct feed to the processing machines (injection machines, extruders and blow moulders). The agglomeration is carried out by a mechanical process, and there is no heat source, therefore there is no degradation of the raw material. Typical applications: agglomeration of raw material bags, lateral cuts of coils, loose films, etc.
Guillotines
The guillotines are used for size reduction of products to enable feeding to grinding equipments. Typical applications are: rolls of film, purges, bales, etc. A range of accessories equipments, like loading and unloading belts conveyors, complement the recycling systems.
