Agglomerators
The agglomerator is an equipment intended to increase the density of plastic films, resulting in agglomerated material for direct feed to the processing machines (injection machines, extruders and blow moulders).
The agglomeration is carried out by a mechanical process, and there is no heat source, therefore there is no degradation of the raw material.
Typical applications: agglomeration of raw material bags, lateral cuts of coils, loose films, etc.

Granulators XRP
This range of granulators is designed specifically to size reduce extruded profiles up to 6 meter long. The horizontal opening allows ergonomic feeding and profiles are automatically by the rotor. Short length profiles can be fed manually or with belt conveyor to a top mounted hopper. Its compact design, including the soundproofed version, enables the equipment to be installed in the production area.
Recycling and washing lines

Screw dryer-pressers
The screw dryer-presser removes part of the water from the material after washing, allowing very efficient drying without loss of raw material. The screw conveys and compresses the material by removing water through perforated screens. At the end, a decompressor is mounted to deliver the loose material to the next process. It stands out for its efficiency and low noise.
Balers
With the objective of space profitability, and the optimization of costs and efficiency in provided service, the compression of several waste like cardboard, plastic, etc., is essential in the management, treatment and valorization of waste. The Palbase baler is characterized by the simple working, high security, low level of noise and by the hydraulic driven. Characteristics such as the bales length, working capacity and feeding are defined according to the specific customer's needs. Its ergonomics allows that adapts to complement other equipments as bag emptying machines, shredders, etc.
