Belt and screw conveyors
Belt or screw conveyors are supplied as complementary equipment in the processes of plastic transformation and recycling.
The belt conveyors can be built in lightweight versions or with reinforced construction suitable for the most demanding needs in the recycling processes.
The screw conveyors are used both in the raw material feeding processes, as in the material unloading processes in the recycling systems. In the stainless steel version they are also used in the washing lines allowing, beyond to the transport of materials, the drainage of waters.

Raw materials storage silos
The granulated plastic materials storage silos are usually built in stainless steel, being indispensables in the plastics processing industry as auxiliaries in the production process. The silos can be mounted on load cells for continuous monitoring of the raw material stock. Other complementary equipment available in our range are: silos filling systems and feeding systems of raw materials to the machines.
Recycling and washing lines

Guillotines
The guillotines are used for size reduction of products to enable feeding to grinding equipments. Typical applications are: rolls of film, purges, bales, etc. A range of accessories equipments, like loading and unloading belts conveyors, complement the recycling systems.

The bag manipulators substitute the manual handling load, offering more ergonomic and safety. Your utilization increases the productivity, and reduces the operator fatigue and the running costs.
