Rotary screens
The rotary screens are usually incorporated in complete recycling lines, being used for the bales opening containing plastic materials and, at the same time, for the separation and extraction of contaminants.

Recycling and washing lines
The Palbase recycling plants allow the processing of various types of plastic materials, such as rigid and flexible plastics (PE, PP, PET, technical plastics, etc.) and are characterized by the flexibility, high security, resource optimization, durability and efficiency. The several equipments that constitute a recycling and washing line change according to the materials to be processed, the existing level of contamination, expected residual moisture content and the capacity of the same. The equipments that can be part of these plants are: - guillotines - rotary sieves - shredders - swimming tanks - granulators - friction washers - mechanical dryer - screw dryer-pressers - drying systems by hot air - belt conveyors - screw conveyors - pneumatic transports - metal detectors and separators - storage systems: - big-bag filling stations - silos - water treatment systems
Mechanical dryers
The mechanical dryer is part of recycling and cleaning lines of plastics materials. This equipment is intended for removing fine particles and water from the milled plastic material, allowing a low content of moisture of the final raw material. Belong to our range other equipments for recycling, such as: shredders, granulators, swimming tanks, friction washers, belt and screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying, storage systems, etc.
Screw dryer-pressers
The screw dryer-presser removes part of the water from the material after washing, allowing very efficient drying without loss of raw material. The screw conveys and compresses the material by removing water through perforated screens. At the end, a decompressor is mounted to deliver the loose material to the next process. It stands out for its efficiency and low noise.
Agglomerators
The agglomerator is an equipment intended to increase the density of plastic films, resulting in agglomerated material for direct feed to the processing machines (injection machines, extruders and blow moulders). The agglomeration is carried out by a mechanical process, and there is no heat source, therefore there is no degradation of the raw material. Typical applications: agglomeration of raw material bags, lateral cuts of coils, loose films, etc.
