Raw material feeders
The automatic feeders of granulated plastic materials, used in the plastics processing industry, are available in single or three-phase versions.
Main features:
– incorporated control panel with suction time regulation
– light alarm of raw material failing
– polyester filter of dust retention with automatic cleaning by compressed air.

Film storage silos
The plastic film storage silos are usually supplied to integrate the recycling lines of flexible plastics. They are usually made in S235JR steel and are intended for the storage of materials, after they pass through the processes of size reduction, washing and drying. The conception of this silo guarantees a continuous production without blockages caused by the formation of “bridges”.
Monorails
Monorail structure for big bag suspension, with suspension crosshead and chain differential with electric lift and translation.
Vacuum pneumatic conveying systems
For the transport of granulated materials we supply pneumatic conveying systems. We have a wide range of capacities available to suit the most diverse needs. The pneumatic conveying can be supplied with several options and applications, such as: - manual or automatic cleaning air filters - rotary valves - dusts separators of material - magnetic grids - metal separators - single or double big-bag filling stations - automatic switching of big-bag, in the case of a double filling station, allowing a continuous process without interruption of the recycling system - silos filling system
Belt and screw conveyors
Belt or screw conveyors are supplied as complementary equipment in the processes of plastic transformation and recycling. The belt conveyors can be built in lightweight versions or with reinforced construction suitable for the most demanding needs in the recycling processes. The screw conveyors are used both in the raw material feeding processes, as in the material unloading processes in the recycling systems. In the stainless steel version they are also used in the washing lines allowing, beyond to the transport of materials, the drainage of waters.
